Alberta needs 114,000 skilled migrants to fill jobs

Alberta is 114,000 shortfall between the jobs available and those able to fill them, up over 48 per cent on its 2009 forecast.

The Alberta government’s latest occupational demand and supply outlook sees 606,000 new jobs being created by 2021, with 492,000 new workers joining the labour force to fill them.

Shortages are expected in the trades, among health-care workers, financial services, retail, public service and the restaurant and tourism industries.

It's now easier to work in British Columbia

I would like to live work settle in Canada. I trained at college has a chef I have 5 years of catering experience. I have not worked for about 7 years. I have relatives a uncle and cousins living & working in Canada in Calgary (My Uncle) and Cousins in British Columbia they work for the Canadian Government. I would like to Work has a chef either in a Hotel or Restaurant. In British Columbia or Calgary, Winnipeg, or Toronto or on Vancouver Island. I am open to job offers. I would like to emigrate next year around February March. Apparently that is best time to emigrate Canada Side has the Winters are very hard, and there would be a greater chance that I would leave if I emigrated at the beginning of Winter. I would Like to take on Canadian Citizenship, and live life has a citizen of Canada, However I am aware that I would have to support myself, and prove myself. Also I realise that the Winters are very cold and you have whiteouts whereby it can snow and visibility is just a few meters/feet.

I would love to move to Canada to work to make a new life for myself. To Perhaps become a Canadian Citizen. I have an Uncle In Calgary. Cousins in BC. I would like to live and work and settle in Toronto. I trained at college has a chef. Although about 15 years ago I had a change has I got a bout of diahorea. that now cleared up. What do I need to do to get a Federal work Visa? I currently am a Collections Officer for credit company. Please advise. I am eager to move I would need untill February/March to get £8000 together. Look forward to replies.
